GLUE APPLICATION – we offer a variety of solutions including wiping and spraying systems. The standalone glue system allows interchanging the system to suit the needs of every production line. This system can even be made interchangeable with an injection system for PUR and PIR foams. return to top

LAMINATING PRESS – Various length Roller Presses are available for different line speed requirements or Caterpillar Presses for ultimate laminating experience. CONVEYORS – Several options are available for run out conveyors to take panels from the saw to further processing including free rolling, motorised systems as well as reject tipping conveyors. return to top

PANEL STACKING – The Panel Stacking Systems can be fitted with the latest designed Panel Flipper and Conveyor Systems as required. The Panel Stacking System can be configured in various lengths and types including options such as positioning systems, in-feed and exit conveyors, board and pallet loading systems for below the stack to exit conveyor types, etc. return to top

PANEL WRAPPING – The Spiral Wrapper is an Automatic Wrapper which wraps the pack in stretch film. The machine as standard includes automatic film cut off and starting, internal driven conveyor to assist in wrapping shorter packs and gear set pre-stretching of the film. Various options include items such as automatic EPS leg loading under panel stacks and automatic end film wrapping. return to top

» Panel Joint & Face Profile Options
Select Panel Joint Options:
- WALL PANEL
We have a range of wall panels to offer to suit the customer requirements or one can be designed to your needs. Ensure that the joint you require is suitable for standard steel widths available and is flexible to your needs.
- DEEP PROFILE ROOF (DPR) PANEL
The standard roof panel is a high peak height (37mm) utilizing standard width coil feed. The roof profile can be tailored to your requirements. The standard DPR roof panel is designed so that installation is easier than with other panel types.
- SECRET FIX PANEL
The secret fix panel is a full interlocking secret fix panel with hidden through fixing. We can supply several standard secret fixing panel options or have one designed to suit your requirements.
- MULTI LAMINATE PANEL
Our machine range can allow a multi-laminate panel to be made or a panel with a rigid board on one face to replace one of the steel facings. This allows panels to be manufactured on a continuous line where previously they were only able to be made in a labour intensive discontinuous process.

Select Face Profile Options:
- VEE RIB
This standard offers a profile to break up a flat panel to look like small panels as the vee grooves replicate the look of a panel joint. Can be supplied in a variety of setups with single and multiple vee grooves as required.
- 9 RIB
A traditional profile shape usually consisting of 9 ribs across a 1200mm wide panel however can be setup in different widths and spacing’s for different visual effects as required.
- MICRO RIB
The most popular architectural profile of providing an aesthetically pleasing face profile across the full width of the panel. Can be supplied in a variety of dimensions to suit.
- MICRO ORB
The latest special profile made for architectural panels. This profile is a special profile to MDI with an aesthetic look to suit the most prestigious architectural buildings.
